Earth Water Specialists goal is to evolve the training offered to Vermont water and wastewater operators to a more advanced level which will give them tools to better operate and maintain their treatment facilities. Continuing education should help the operators to grow professionally with their work experience in unison.
Earth Water Specialists Will follow ANSI/IACET 1=2007 Standard for Continuing Education and Training. This is an international continuing education standard which outlines the most effective training methods and learning processes. Earth Water Specialists is doing this in preparation for someday becoming an authorized IACET CEU provider.
She is the lead training developer and trainer for Earth water Specialists. She has been in the water and wastewater industry for 29 years. Paula began her water and wastewater professional career in the US Air Force gaining lots of hands on experience and Knowledge. She has worked as a water and wastewater treatment, distribution and collection operator for 15 years. For the past 13 years she has worked under EPA Training and technical assistance grants teaching in Alaska and Vermont.
Earth water Specialists delivers more advanced training for Vermont Water and wastewater operators. This training will be listed in the training section and will be scheduled throughout Vermont.
